Despite a bipartisan group of House members this week introducing legislation to change the status of foreign-born workers, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) sounded the alarm once again to the Administration’s impending deportation raids again!
Trump’s deportation operation is targeting illegals who already have gone through the court process and have deportation orders, yet these Democrat leaders are openly giving them advice on how to evade ICE agents!
The bill would allow foreign agricultural workers who’ve worked in the sector for at least 180 days over the past two years to request five-year visas for themselves, their spouses and their minor children.
But Dems are doubling down on their efforts from this summer, ICYMI:

The bill also simplifies the existing H-2A program for visiting guest workers ineligible for the new program.
On the enforcement end, the bill would make the E-Verify program universal and compulsory for all agricultural work nationwide.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi went even further and actually told undocumented aliens they don’t need to answer the door if ICE comes knocking because a deportation warrant is not the same as a search warrant. Forget how long she’s been in Congress and how she could spearhead changing the laws – that doesn’t matter to her. She presided over changing the State of California and she wants it for the rest of the country.
Why is this not obstruction? Seriously – pass this article through F-book and ask your contacts the same question, because I want to hear the answers – especially from the left. We’re sincerely interested in what Democrats have to say on this – I’m not kidding or being coy. Why does helping criminals avoid detention not mean the obstruction of Federal Agents from doing their job?

Excuse me, but isn’t this aiding and abetting criminals? If you helped a court-ordered criminal to evade surrender, would you not be arrested and charged yourself? And on top of that – Speaker Pelosi passed the very laws she is helping them defy. Hear that again: Democrats in Congress pass laws they now are helping people to break.
What does AOC want? What she doesn’t want is our current system of government or borders. She has no interest in the rule of law or safety of legal citizens.

If you’re mad that I think people SHOULD KNOW when Dems vote to expand ICE powers, then be mad.
ICE is a dangerous agency with 0 accountability, widespread reporting of rape, abuse of power, + children dying in DHS custody.
Having a D next to your name doesn’t make that right.

What would be hysterical is if the raids were carried out a couple days before the announced date, before CNN and MSNBC could get their camera crews there. That would be really, really awesome.
